Smith & Scale is built on two complementary perspectives.
Frank has spent more than a decade leading marketing strategy, content, social media, and paid media for organizations ranging from growing businesses to global brands. His work has helped generate millions in revenue, reach hundreds of millions of people, and build marketing systems designed for long-term growth.
Jessica has spent more than 15 years building Inquiring Chef into a trusted food and lifestyle brand. As a creator, photographer, recipe developer, and cookbook author, she understands what it takes to consistently create meaningful content, build an engaged audience, and grow a business around it.
Together, we've experienced both sides of modern marketing—the strategic discipline of brand building and the day-to-day reality of creating content that earns attention, builds trust, and grows a business.
